I was inspired to pursue a career in bridal accessories after being dramatically underwhelmed in the pursuit of my own bridal accessories in 2004 which is when I was compelled to create this business.

We ship to most Countries.all orders are made when order is placed so please allow up to 14 working days for delivery although i try to make this quicker.I accept all major cards,just click on checkout to see all options

please choose your order carefully.Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refund or exchanges on any purchase that has been used/worn/tried on.We will ensure that all products listed are described as accurately as possible but as products are handmade they can vary.Please also note that items purchased in a sale are non refundable or exchangable.If you have any questions regarding an item please ask first before making a purchase,you can contact us via email.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If your purchased item arrives damaged or with any quality issues at all,please contact me within 2 days of receiving the product with photographs that clearly show the damage.
RETURNS SHIPPING
To return your product ,please return to the address on your postage label.You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item,shipping costs are non refundable.If we are able to observe the fault we will email you to discuss refund/exchange options.
